Community Engagement Mission

EquipmentShare's mission is to actively Build Better Communities. Our founders are committed to actively participating in the growth and enhancement of the communities we consider home. We actively engage with and support these communities through:

  • Supporting organizations and initiatives that address the evolving needs of the local community.
  • At the discretion of the local General Manager or Corporate Community Engagement Committee.

Examples of areas in which we have previously provided support include:

  • Support for veterans - primarily though our Telehero program
  • Support for local schools - primarily through our Back to School buckets campaign

The EquipmentShare Committee only considers 501(c)3 requests.

EquipmentShare retains the discretion to decline any donations.

EquipmentShare refrains from contributing to religious or politically motivated organizations

A Telehero is a telehandler selected by our fleet team, 10% of the annual proceeds from the machine are donated to a local veteran organization. In 2023 EquipmentShare donated $23,500 to local veteran organizations.
