We set aside generators, pumps and other assets at no cost to help as many first responders and other caretakers set up first aid stations and wellness tents. The Disaster Response Division also works with local officials and others in need to remove debris and rebuild.

We have boots on the ground working with our team members from the Lake Charles, La., EquipmentShare yard to assess damage and determine the needs of our employees and their families. Our next step is to organize a plan to support the needs of the community by way of handing out water bottles, food and other supplies. To date, more than 300 of our generators are on nearly every corner to help provide power to the community. We continued our efforts this week with a donation of healthy produce and protein, including 75 gallons of milk, to the dedicated teachers of New Haven Elementary in Columbia, Mo. These teachers have continuously collected and distributed our donations to local students in need this summer. EquipmentShare is humbled to have the New Haven teachers as partners in our No Child Hungry mission. Since launching the program in spring, we have provided over 30,000 meals to those in need.
