At EquipmentShare, we do things differently. We’re more than an equipment technology company — and you’re more than an employee.
We are a company of visionaries, groundbreakers, doers and innovators set on building the future of construction. Our team is made up of people who aren’t content with sitting still — people who want to make a difference, explore and solve problems. We offer more than just a job at EquipmentShare: It’s a place where everyone can feel empowered to find their calling and purpose.
Before we bring on new team members, we take the time to really get to know them, their goals, strengths and natural talents, so we can place them in positions that fuel their passions, energy and motivation. We want our team members to experience a new level of fulfillment at work. Your only limitations are the ones you might place on yourself.
Since our launch in 2014, we’ve been on an upward trajectory, onboarding 35-to-55 new team members a week to help support our growing client demand. We currently employ more than 3,600 team members and operate 140+ locations. Every day offers our team new opportunities to grow, challenge the status quo and revolutionize how construction gets work done.
Are you tired of doing things the way they’ve always been done? Do you want to grow and learn something new at work, no matter your age or profession? Then you’re the kind of person we want on our team. Curiosity and personal drive are what makes our team tick, and we nurture our team with a flexible work culture, resources to better ourselves and fulfilling work.

Unlike other equipment and technology sales positions, EquipmentShare does not impose earning caps so the sky's the limit. And because our technology sells itself, you can quickly become a top earner. We don’t just sell, we build and nurture long-lasting business relationships to fill each unique need of the customer.
Our technology is OEM agnostic, meaning it can pull data and information from any piece of equipment out there and make it accessible to our service team and technicians. Combined with this rich library of manuals and data science, our technicians also have access to the latest technology and tools – including diesel laptops for quickly diagnosing and fixing problems.
We are looking for drivers who love a challenge and thrive on the opportunity to grow with the company. Drivers should be experienced, skilled and the safest on the road. Our drivers operate out of one market area, meaning they’ll be back home to their family most nights and rarely travel overnight. Our tech solutions, including dash cameras and E-logs, keep our team safe on the road and our best drivers are recognized each quarter. Come grow with us!
As a technology company, we are looking for talented engineers and designers who can help us change the way construction does business. The integrity of our technology is critical to our success. We do not develop products in a vacuum but rather partner with real contractors to help them solve real problems. Our engineering team is dedicated to continuously improving and refining our tech solutions to support our customers. We hire engineers who are inspired by the goal of changing the industry — and are not daunted by an industry that has long been resistant to change.
We are committed to working with innovators to bring the best and brightest aboard our team. Through our internship and apprenticeship programs, we nurture individuals and their skill sets to help them advance on to long, happy and fulfilling careers. Whether you’re transitioning from the military, a four-year university or a technical program, we want you to join our mission — and we’ll give you the tools and training to do it.
We are seeking curious, hardworking and enthusiastic students to join our team at the ground floor level. With internships in accounting, marketing and communications, e-commerce, human resources, software engineering, business analytics and robotics, there is a place for you!
This internship won’t have you fetching coffee. You’ll work on real projects and learn from the experts. EquipmentShare offers a competitive paid internship opportunity where you will gain valuable new skills. Undergraduate and graduate internships are available for students with a drive to learn and an innovative spirit. What you learn as an EquipmentShare intern can easily translate to one of our full-time positions and beyond.
You’ve answered the calling once when you entered the military. You’re devoted to a purpose bigger than yourself and committed yourself to protecting and defending your country.
We are actively seeking team players who are mission ready, who think outside the box and deliver results. These concepts are inherent to those who’ve served our country. Our veteran employees will be granted 8 extra hours of PTO annually as a thank you for their service in addition to 16 hours of paid time to volunteer in the community.
Launch the next chapter of your career with a company of visionaries, groundbreakers, doers and innovators set on revolutionizing the construction industry at EquipmentShare.
We’ve built relationships with high schools, technical schools and community colleges to find talented apprentices and help them embark on career paths at EquipmentShare locations across the nation.
Our apprenticeship program ensures highly skilled and trained individuals can take on the challenge of reinventing the construction industry with us. As part of this program, you have the chance to get your hands on next-generation heavy equipment and construction machinery, work with the latest technology and get on-the-job training to prepare you for the next step of your career. Compensation may be made available for educational expenses. Our apprenticeship program currently has three different paths: technicians, CDL drivers and engineers.
