Our technology is OEM agnostic, meaning it can pull data and information from any piece of equipment out there and make it accessible to our service team and technicians. Combined with this rich library of manuals and data science, our technicians also have access to the latest technology and tools – including diesel laptops for quickly diagnosing and fixing problems.

Our drivers operate out of one market area, meaning they’ll be back home to their family most nights and rarely travel overnight. We’ve built relationships with high schools, technical schools and community colleges to find talented apprentices and help them embark on career paths at EquipmentShare locations across the nation.
Our apprenticeship program ensures highly skilled and trained individuals can take on the challenge of reinventing the construction industry with us. As part of this program, you have the chance to get your hands on next-generation heavy equipment and construction machinery, work with the latest technology and get on-the-job training to prepare you for the next step of your career. Compensation may be made available for educational expenses. Our apprenticeship program currently has three different paths: technicians, CDL drivers and engineers.
