Veterans are uniquely trained in the latest technology and are aware of international and technical trends in business and industry. They bring a tech-savvy and global outlook to the world of mechanics and engineering.
Service members know how processes and procedures enable an individual or organization to be successful. They are trained to lead by example, delegate, motivate and inspire those around them — even in the toughest situations.
Veterans are purpose-driven, hard-working and willing to contribute toward the greater good. They have strong personal integrity and abide by a code of ethics, aligning them perfectly with EquipmentShare’s Core Values.
On Veterans Day 2020, EquipmentShare committed to increasing the number of our military veteran employees by 50 percent by 2022, which we did. It was our honor to have our commitment highlighted on Montel Williams’ Military Makeover: Operation Career. Watch our segment to hear from our veteran employees about what it’s like to work at EquipmentShare.
We are a team guided by our core values of Integrity, Humility, Drive and Intelligence — meaning every day we do what’s right to empower each other to solve problems and bring innovation to the construction industry.
