Jasmine Miller serves as a rental coordinator for EquipmentShare’s Lake Charles, La. location. Rental coordinators specialize in guiding customers through the rental process and experience, as well as communicating these needs to the team to complete the requests. At the heart of every productive high-performing branch, is an incredible rental coordinator like Jasmine Miller.
“Jasmine is very passionate about doing her job correctly,” Tyler Garrity, new equipment territory sales representative, says. “She looks out for the branches’ best interests and is always in contact with sales reps if issues arise. Jasmine always makes sure the customer is taken care of and communicates very well with internal and external customers.”
Jasmine began her career with EquipmentShare in October 2020 and has already made a positive impression on her co-workers and a difference at her branch. She is known for having a great attitude and going above and beyond to get the daily activities completed.
“I feel like the person in this role can easily feel underappreciated at times for all that they are doing for the team,” Tyler says. “A large majority of us have worked the rental counter and it can be very stressful. But that doesn’t stop Jasmine — she is a pro and always gets it done with a smile.”
“A customer reached out to me about a track loader and he needed it ASAP,” Account Manager David Smith says. “I had no idea who to speak with so I decided to call the branch number. As the day came to a close, Jasmine took a call from the customer that stated he was going to be running late. Jasmine, without hesitation, offered to stay late so that he could still pick up the machine that evening. She was extremely responsive and kept me updated with everything going on. She went above and beyond for her customer.”
Jasmine embodies our core values, especially integrity and drive, and truly understands what is most important to our company— serving people. Congratulations, Jasmine, and thank you for your hard work and dedication to EquipmentShare!
