SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The EquipmentShare “Built for Summer Giveaway” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 9:00 AM CST Monday, June 15, 2026 and ends at 9:00 AM CST Monday, June 22, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected at 9:00 AM CST Monday, June 22, 2026 from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to citizens or residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry submission. Employees of EquipmentShare and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household (“Friends of EquipmentShare”) do not share eligibility nor are they included in the same drawing for potential winners as other persons (“Public Participants”) as further described below. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, like the appropriate post as indicated on the Third Party Platform (as defined below) and follow EquipmentShare on the Third Party Platform to receive one entry to the Sweepstakes. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of EquipmentShare, which shall be final and binding in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to EquipmentShare to use the winner's name, social media handle, and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION: A random selection of all entries will be conducted after the Sweepstakes Period concludes, to select the Winners from among all eligible entries received. For each applicable Third Party Platform, EquipmentShare will draw (a) one winner from the group of entries made by Friends of EquipmentShare, and (b) one winner from the group of entries made by Public Participants. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winners will be notified via direct message to the social account used for entry. If a Winner does not respond to notification within twenty-four hours of notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. The drawings will be conducted by EquipmentShare, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, EquipmentShare may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrant waives all rights to, and holds EquipmentShare harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. EquipmentShare is not responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to the entrant’s spam, filters, or other security settings or for entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in EquipmentShare’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if legal or technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the continuity or integrity of the sweepstakes, EquipmentShare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, EquipmentShare may identify an alternate winner.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters or disputes that may arise out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any of its conflict of law provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state court located in Columbia, Missouri.
OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: For notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: EquipmentShare Marketing, 5710 Bull Run Dr., Columbia, MO, 65201. Requests for winners' lists must be received on or before the date thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends in order to receive a response.
THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize related activities.
NO THIRD PARTY SPONSORSHIP: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, third parties including any providers of a Third Party Platform (e.g., Meta Platforms, Inc.), any manufacturers or distributors of goods offered as a prize (e.g., Yeti Coolers, LLC).
