Veterans Teleheroes

Columbia, Mo. — [Nov. 11, 2025] — EquipmentShare, a leader in connected jobsite technology and one of the largest equipment rental providers in the United States, announced that four new Telehero® units will be deployed to honor Veterans Day and support veteran communities. The special-edition telehandlers will serve contractors in Savannah, Ga., Colorado Springs, Colo., Pittsburgh, Pa., and Louisville, Ky. Through the Company’s  Telehero program, telehandlers are designated as a “Telehero”, and 10% of its annual rental proceeds will be donated to a local nonprofit veterans organization in its market throughout the inaugural campaign period.

The Telehero units are patriotically wrapped  and pair tech-powered equipment with community investment to make a tangible local impact. Each unit is connected through EquipmentShare’s T3® platform for real-time visibility, access keypads with individual credentials, and theft-deterrence features that help keep jobsites safe and equipment secure. The four additions expand the program’s reach to builders in key regions while channeling sustained support to veterans and their families. With these four machines, the total Telehero fleet is now up to 13.

“The TeleHero program was built to serve,” said Jabbok Schlacks, CEO and co-founder of EquipmentShare. “These units help contractors get tough work done while also giving back to those who have served our country. With T3 on board, customers get the visibility and control they need, and the community benefits with every hour these machines are put to work.”

OEM partners help power Teleheroes

The new Teleheroes are co-sponsored by leading OEM partners, including JLG®, Genie®, JCB® and Manitou®.

“At JLG, supporting veterans and the communities they call home is a natural extension of our people-first culture. We’re proud that so many veterans choose to continue their careers with us, bringing invaluable skills, leadership, and dedication to our teams. About T3

EquipmentShare outfits its fleet with durable tracking hardware that’s connected to its high-powered technology platform, T3™, to give contractors visibility into their jobsite and accelerate productivity. Rental customers can access important fleet, personnel and jobsite information to manage teams, meet safety compliance, reduce machine theft and analyze digestible and dynamic fleet data. The tracking hardware can also record data to help contractors monitor equipment utilization, GPS location, fuel usage, maintenance history and upcoming service for each asset. EquipmentShare’s fleet management technology solutions notify service managers and technicians when a machine is approaching or past due on maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition, and prevent breakdowns which lead to downtime — a major pain point for the construction industry.
