LAS CRUCES, N.M. — [Oct. 6, 2026] — EquipmentShare.com Inc. (Nasdaq: EQPT) (EquipmentShare), a leader in connected jobsite technology and one of the largest construction equipment rental providers in the United States, today announced plans to expand its operations in Southern New Mexico with a new facility in Las Cruces. Located at 9030 Advancement Ave. in the Las Cruces Innovation & Industrial Park, the planned site will feature a Site Solutions managed services operation designed to strengthen equipment and jobsite service availability for contractors throughout Doña Ana County and the broader Borderplex region.

The upcoming Las Cruces facility will deliver EquipmentShare's Site Solutions managed jobsite services, including mobile tool trailers, on-site fueling, equipment management, and specialized jobsite support. A typical EquipmentShare location is associated with the creation of 25 to 50 local jobs, ranging from service technicians and logistics specialists to CDL drivers.

By expanding its physical branch footprint into Southern New Mexico, EquipmentShare ensures that contractors have direct access to modern tools, reliable fleets, and connectivity solutions required to keep complex infrastructure and commercial projects moving efficiently.

"EquipmentShare's decision to expand in Las Cruces is another example of the momentum our community continues to build. This planned investment is expected to create quality jobs and strengthen our industrial economy. They also reinforce why companies continue to choose Las Cruces as a place to invest and grow," stated City of Las Cruces Mayor Eric Enriquez.

The location will utilize EquipmentShare's proprietary operating system, T3®, connecting customers to real-time fleet management, telematics tracking, jobsite monitoring, and automated productivity tools.

EquipmentShare is expected to begin initial operations at the Las Cruces facility later this year.

About T3

EquipmentShare outfits its fleet with durable tracking hardware that’s connected to its high-powered technology platform, T3™, to give contractors visibility into their jobsite and accelerate productivity. Rental customers can access important fleet, personnel and jobsite information to manage teams, meet safety compliance, reduce machine theft and analyze digestible and dynamic fleet data. The tracking hardware can also record data to help contractors monitor equipment utilization, GPS location, fuel usage, maintenance history and upcoming service for each asset. EquipmentShare’s fleet management technology solutions notify service managers and technicians when a machine is approaching or past due on maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition, and prevent breakdowns which lead to downtime — a major pain point for the construction industry.
