How do I rent equipment from EquipmentShare?
To rent equipment from EquipmentShare, you’ve got options:
After requesting your equipment, an EquipmentShare representative will contact you to confirm account creation, equipment availability and delivery date/time. Once you sign the quote, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your rental details.
Can I reserve equipment online?
Yes. Visit equipmentshare.com/rent to browse equipment. From there, you can set your jobsite location, find the equipment you need and fill in the required fields to submit a request.

Do you offer daily, weekly or monthly rental rates?
Yes. EquipmentShare offers daily, weekly and four-week rates, and we operate on a 28-day billing cycle.
Your rate automatically switches to the least expensive option as your rental progresses. For example, if the daily rate is $200 and the weekly rate is $600, keeping the item for four days will charge the $600 weekly rate rather than $200 × 4.
How much does it cost to rent equipment?
It depends on the equipment. Prices range from small tools under $10/day to large track dozers over $2,600/day.

Do I need insurance to rent construction equipment?
Yes. All renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that verifies active coverage and outlines key details.
You can download a sample COI. Customers are automatically enrolled in EquipmentShare’s Rental Protection Plan (RPP) if no qualifying coverage is provided. RPP is a limited damage waiver and not insurance.

Can EquipmentShare deliver rental equipment to my jobsite?
Yes. Our professional CDL delivery drivers can safely deliver and unload your equipment at the start of your rental, then load and return it to our yard when the job is done.
Delivery fees apply and vary by jobsite location.
Are delivery and pickup included in the rental price?
An additional delivery and return charge is applied if equipment is delivered to your jobsite. The price varies by location and order and will be shown on your price quote before you confirm.
If you pick up and drop off your equipment at an EquipmentShare location, you won’t be charged delivery or return fees.
How soon can I get equipment delivered after booking?
Delivery times vary. In some cases you can have equipment delivered the next business day or even the same day.

Do you offer same-day equipment rental?
In some cases, yes — depending on equipment and driver availability and your jobsite location. Reserving in advance through our website or by phone is recommended.
Can I track rented equipment digitally or with telematics?
Yes. EquipmentShare’s rental equipment is connected to the T3® platform, which lets you monitor asset location, utilization and performance in real time.
