Rental Coordinator Brett Anderson Wins November Core Employee Award 

The rental coordinator is often the unsung hero of an EquipmentShare branch. From fielding rental orders to setting up service calls and making sure equipment gets to where it needs to be (and on time!) — a good rental coordinator keeps the branch humming along smoothly.

EquipmentShare’s Tyler, Texas, branch has seen explosive growth this year, thanks in part to the drive and hard work of November Core Employee Brett Anderson.

“Brett is a take-care-of-business guy,” Territory Account Manager Shawn Bryan said. “I sometimes wonder how he is able to handle all of the orders we get, but he always does. As a sales guy, I learned long ago that no matter how good you are at closing deals, you will struggle if your branch can’t make things happen. Brett makes things happen!”

Brett is known for his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. When a customer had an emergency and needed a piece of equipment ASAP, Brett had the equipment on-site and delivered within two hours. The customer could not believe it! He doesn’t have to be asked to help in any situation, his colleagues say. Instead, he just jumps in and does the work that needs to be done.

“There's no way the Tyler branch would achieve its incredible success without Brett,” EquipmentShare sales support manager Zach Stinnett said. “Day in and day out, he exhibits our core values, and we wish we had 10 more of him. He is a great example of doing the job without being asked and sharing his drive with everyone else.”

“Brett is a fairly new employee, and he has been an amazing addition to the Tyler store,” Sales Manager Jacob Allen, said. “He has been an intricate part of the Tyler location’s record growth. He has a positive attitude and is always willing to provide a solution to any problems that arise.”
