CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest ends at 5:00 p.m. (PST) on Friday, March 17th 2023 (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected on Saturday, March 18th 2023 from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period. Winners will be notified; you do not have to be present to win.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to citizens or residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Contest Period, March 1, 2023. Employees of EquipmentShare and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, submit one (1) entry by submitting the Contest Entry form on the Contest web page (www.t3.tech/event/conexpo-2023) and/or submit one (1) entry by scanning the Contest QR code at the T3 ConExpo booth and completing the Contest entry form. Limit Two (2) Entries per person. Use of any automatic or programmed or similar entry method or entering more than two times will void all entries and result in disqualification. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of EquipmentShare, which shall be final and binding in all matters.
WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted after the Contest Period concludes, to select the Winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winners will be notified by their EquipmentShare account representative. If a Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. The drawings will be conducted by EquipmentShare, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, EquipmentShare may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
WINNING PRIZE: The Winner will receive 5 cameras, 5 trackers and a 12-month subscription to T3 (self-installation). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $3,600. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. All federal, state and local taxes on any prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winners.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrant waives all rights to, and holds EquipmentShare harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. EquipmentShare is not responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to the entrant’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in EquipmentShare’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, EquipmentShare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, Equipment may identify an alternate winner.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters or disputes that may arise out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any of its conflict of law provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state court located in Columbia, Missouri.
PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants to EquipmentShare, any individual acting on EquipmentShare’s behalf, and the licensees, successors, and assigns of EquipmentShare shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, post, and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: For notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: EquipmentShare Marketing, 5710 Bull Run Dr., Columbia, MO, 65201. Requests for winners' lists must be received on or before the date thirty (30) days after the Contest Period ends in order to receive a response.
